We want you to be completely satisfied with your GemDazzles purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return most new, unused items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. However, there are some exceptions outlined below.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that the item is properly packed when returned to prevent any damage during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
- Gift cards
If an item falls under these categories, it will be noted on the product page.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow the steps below:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number on your return package.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made by GemDazzles. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. GemDazzles is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Packing the Return: Ensure that the item is securely packed in the original packaging, and that all tags, accessories, and documents are included in the return package.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment processor.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within the same 30-day return window. The exchange process is the same as a return, and you will receive a refund for the returned item. If you would like to purchase a new item, please do so separately, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. We will gladly assist you with the return, exchange, or full refund for defective items at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

- Refunds to Credit Cards: It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

8. Final Sale Items
Certain items are considered final sale, including clearance items, personalized products, and gift cards. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please check the product description on our website to determine if an item is eligible for return.
